Orders and Payments
When you place an order, you must provide us with valid and accurate information (including, without limitation, payment information), which you hereby represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to use for such purposes. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance of the order. We may refuse or cancel any order placed by any customer in our sole discretion. All orders are due in full at the time of order placement.
Custom Design and Proof Approval
You will get a digital proof to approve before we make it. It is your responsibility to verify that the proof fulfils those given requirements. When you approve the proof, this means we may begin production. Changes after approval result in extra charges and delays.
Shipping and Delivery
We have different shipping methods to meet your requirements. Our orders are usually shipped within 12 to 15 days after your design approval. These are estimates and not guarantees of delivery times. Luxury Custom Box is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs or any other extraneous factor out of our control.
Returns and Refunds
Some of the following products are not returnable; however, it depends on specific order details. Please wait 30 days after payment for shipping. If you have not received your order in that time please let us know. Do feel free to contact us if you have any problems or concerns after receiving the product, and do not open a dispute case before that, or leave negative feedback first.
No returns and no refunds. We will offer a free reprint if the mistake is from our side.
Intellectual Property
The content of our website all the design, logo & content, is the intellectual property of Luxury Custom Box and protected by copyright law. You further agree not to use any content on our website for commercial or public purposes, including, without limitation, the suspension and prohibition of any reproduction or copy of such materials, including advertising in other companies.
Limitation of Liability
Luxury Custom Box will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage in connection with the use of our products and services. In no event shall our aggregated liability, if any, for claims of any kind under these terms and conditions exceed the purchase price of your order.
Changes to Terms
Luxury Custom Box can amend these terms at any time. These changes will be applicable right after they are updated on this page. We advise you to visit this page.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Illinois.
