Shipping Policy

Luxury Custom Box understands that you are always looking for effective ways to have your custom packaging in your hands with complete reliability and timeliness. Here is a detailed breakdown of how we process our orders, shipping times and what you should know as the customer.

Processing & Turnaround Time

The processing for these orders starts upon order confirmation and final approval. Note: You will not be issued a refund for billing fees due to confirmed orders.

We have 2 production turnaround levels to choose from:

  • Standard Turnaround: Your label order will be manufactured and shipped within 4-9 working business days from the day that final artwork is approved.
  • Rush Orders: With an additional charge, your order will be sent out within 8/12 working days after the final proof.

Some turnaround options may not be available for all products; some options will not show at checkout.

Shipping & International Policy

We offer free global shipping for all orders. However, please note: Any customs duties, tariffs, taxes or other charges in your country are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for duties or taxes.

In the case of a claim investigation or return to our factory warehouse for goods, you will be asked to sign an authorization form.

Damages & Shipping Carrier Claims

Luxury Custom Box is not responsible in any way for damage or loss once the order leaves our factory and enters the possession of a shipping carrier. Call the carrier if your packaging is damaged.
